In fact, without people, systems are merely an idea. We give people the tools to improve systems they’re part of with every decision they make. Child welfare and adjacent systems are our specialties, but any social system committed to creating safety and equity for its people is fair game.

Child welfare is a system rooted in social injustice. When systems are not safe or equitable, they cannot achieve their highest purpose: Helping people thrive. That’s where we come in. As child welfare is undergoing seismic shifts, we’re empowering people in and around the system to change for the better too.
